Energy Performance Certificates
The
energy efficiency of buildings and systems is coming under increasing
scrutiny. Not only are energy
costs and environmental impact of direct concern to individuals
and organisations, but the European Energy Performance of Buildings
Directive has embodied many of these concerns in legislation. As a result an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is now required whenever a building is newly constructed or offered for sale or let. Clyde consultants are ISBEM trained energy assesors for producing EPC's and recommendation reports.
Energy Surveys
An energy
performance audit by Clyde’s consultants will not only show what is required
for compliance with the Directive but can also identify significant cost and
energy savings. Clyde can also cost, plan and implement any of the specific recommendations that accompany an EPC. |
